The Conservative Party has consistently said it will if elected repeal the Home Information Pack
regulations. The Conservative Party claim the Home Information Pack creates additional expense for
the seller and buyer when they come to move home. The Conservative Party also claims the public
has made it clear they do not see the Home Information Pack as conferring any benefit and will be
pleased to see the back of this requirement.
